Our Property in Umbria

Buonasera,
Through a property exchange we acquired a house in the border region of Tuscany / Umbria (Perugia province near Lake Trasimeno).
The house has 9 apartments and a restaurant in a historic building.
However, we have no intentions nor the knowledge to run this business (as "CountryHouse" or "B&B") and would thus like to exchange the property again or sell it.
