House to rent near Gallipoli, in Apulia

We own a fully furnished holiday house and our intention is to rent it to tenants that can stay for a minimum of two or three months , as we prefer long-term rental arrangements. The house is situated in the Marina of a small town called Taviano, that is about 10 km from the famous tourist and delightful fishing town of Gallipoli, and about 40 km from the famous baroque town of Lecce, capital of the "Salento ". The Marina is mainly populated during the summer months , from mid June to mid September, although it is inhabitated by some local families throughout all the year, and only in these months of the year there are bus trips that connect it with all the main towns and the other Marinas of the Salento coast, We advise therefore your own means of transport.
