PDiS Modulo 2

As the topic probably suggests, I'm in the middle of filling out my PDiS application. I've read conflicting info on whether those applying for residenza elletiva need to fill out the second form/modulo, and I'm wondering if you wise folks can untangle it for me.

It seems -- and what I've read seems to confirm this -- that this form is only if you earn income by WORKING. Since that doesn't apply to the ER by definition, then that would seem to answer that question outright.

BUT the "Foglio Note" extra packet in the PDiS kit says, under the ER section, to complete "Moduli 1 e 2". Though I would assume it's only section 5 on "income data" in Modulo 2, I still don't want to just guess or fill in anything extraneous and risk making any mistakes, of course.

Any help on this would be amazing. Thanks!
