Hello. I plan to marry in Venice and separately obtain a residency permit (2 years) as independent worker in Milan in order to bring my small company to Milan from California. Once the Atto Notorio and Dichiarazione Guiarata are legalized and recorded the Italian marriage is recognized by INS in the US. Having had experience with the k1 fiance visa route before (bringing a woman from Europe to USA) , marriage- Italian Style- appears far easier. Am I wrong?? Grazie molto! Bob Banos,
