Shipping HH Goods to Italy but not as resident

We've bought a house in Italy and we are remodeling it. It's a second home and we're not applying for residency - we'll just conform our visits to what is allowed on tourist (USA) visa. Max 90 days within any 180 day period.

Question: We have household goods from a home we sold last year that we're planning on sending in a container to Italy this year. Pretty much everything we've had for a year or (many) more.

Does anyone know what the duty (if any) would be? Since we're not filing for residency, I don't think we get the waiver on duty.
