Internet providers with English customer service?

Hi,

I need to get Internet for my new apartment but this seems to be impossible to do without speaking fluent Italian.

I can't understand a word they say over the phone and they hang up after 30 seconds. And in a few store's I've been to, the same.. speaking English is illegal in Italy apparently.

Is any one aware of an internet company that is immigrant-friendly? Or a specific store where they speak real English?
