codice fiscale

So i got a codice fiscale and it is in my birth name. I specifically asked if this would be a problem and was told it has to be in your birth name. Now the broker of the property we are trying to buy tells me that my married name and codice fiscale have to match ( which of course makes perfect sense) Any advice on how to fix this?
