Moveing to Italy with 2 sons

Good Morning. I will be getting my Italian Citizenship through my mother. I have 2 sons, 18&28 yrs old. Will my sons have to fill out their own documents or can we all be in one household under one application? I will be doing all the process in Italy. Do my sons need to be present when filing for the PdiS? We are all professional photographers and work for a company in America. Would we still have to pay taxes in Italy? if employed by an American company and getting paid by an American Company? Does anyone have a tax table?
