short-term lease

Hi all, I am planning on being in Italy (preferably the Florence area, but I am open) next summer for at least three months, possibly longer. Does anyone know of any sites or property managers to direct me to who provide rentals with an actual LEASE agreement? I am getting my Italian citizenship.

This has been a long-time project of mine and people have been generally very agreeable and helpful, but I do get the occasional nay-sayer who likes to discourage me with things like, "Boo! What's your hurry? Are you just trying to get a foothold in the EU?"

Please know I have my own personal reasons for getting my citizenship. I DO plan on using it, not just having it "for fun." I've also been working on this for a number of years and am pretty knowledgeable on the topic.
