There has got to be some clarification here.! My buddy's friend went to Italia to get his Italia citizenship recognized. He flew right into Italia. Now he went to the Post office first to get the giallo package for the Permesso Soggiorno as that is what this forum said to do as current as a few most recent threads I read over said go directly to Post officeThe Post office said nope you must first go to questura to make your presence known and what your intentions are! This was in Firenze. I am leaving in 2 weeks to go do same thing get my Citizenship and I have no clue where to start????
Second part of my question would be this. I am going through my mom for JS. My mom born me then she had her US naturalization 6 years after I was born so when I was born she still Italia citizen. Now my kids 24 28 will they just apply under me or would it start with my mom which is their grandma..What do we tell the comune who my kids apply under me or my mom?
