English speaking medical doctor

Hi,

My husband is an English speaking medical doctor, having specialised as a Family Physician in the UK. Our family all hold UK passports, however we are also South African and currently live in Cape Town.

We are seriously considering moving to Italy and I was hoping that someone could guide us on two points:

1. Where would a doctor (GP) look for available positions. A website or specialist recruitment agency.

2. Is there a demand for an English speaking doctor and, if so, in which cities?
