can I go to my House in italy?

I am resident in USA, but have a house in italy, and am an italian citizen.

The way I read things, i can go to my house in italy now, and have a 14 day quarantine, correct?

but can i bring my wife and kid with me who are not italian citizens?

(and yes we will get covid19 tested before getting on plane, so please no we are going to infect italy replies)
