Did Covid change Italian life and property prices in Italian villages ?

Hello - I am writing from Canada
and was wondering if there is anyone friendly who lives in Liguria or Imperia ?

My goal is to invest in a small-budget propety and I would like to ask your opinion by starting a thread.
