Italian citizen by blood, born & raised in US.

Hello, I’m not sure if this the right place for me. I’m currently working on getting my citizenship in Italy through my grandparents. So technically, I would be an Italian citizen not a foreigner.

The issue is, I don’t speak Italian and only my husband has to take the language test to become a citizen through marriage.

My circumstances seem to be different when it comes to citizenship vs residency or EU resident or whatever they want to call that but my circumstances are similar when it comes to the language barrier.

I see a lot of good info in regards of where to move based on our needs and desires Am I in the right place?
