Help! Real Estate Assistance Appreciated

Hi All!

My husband and I currently live in the US and we are looking to buy a home in the Abruzzo region of Italy. We are in our 30s/40s and we want to buy a place that we'll eventually live in permanently ten years from now. We aren't retired, so going to Italy for a few months and researching properties and putting in the leg work isn't possible. We are going out for two weeks in late September to narrow down the area we want to live in.

All that being said, we really need help on the ground. Essentially we are looking for someone who can act as a buyers agent (I've done a lot of research so I know this isn't how it works in Italy for the most part). We need someone who can check out properties when we are back in the states and help us set up viewings while we are there, my Italian is beginner level at best and we only have two weeks. Any recommendations or leads would be great! Internet searches have led me down many dead ends.

We are excited to start this new chapter in our lives and soak up all Italy has to offer. Thanks in advance for any advice you can give!
