Want to move to Verona) Vicenza area

Hi!!! I recently visited Vicenza and Verona....fell in love with that area. I have no ties holding me back in the US...so would love to move there. I am just clueless about jobs/careers. I currently have a master's degree..with experience in therapy/counseling. ( Just need my exam for licensing), customer service, and coaching. Any suggestions?
