Super Bonus

Has anyone not living in Italy but with a house there had any luck taken advantage of the Super Bonus to renovate a place. We would like to take advantage of it, but found it difficult to find a contractor to take over our credit and do the work. Also given the surge in demand for renovation because of the Super Bonus it was hard to find workmen in general to do any work around the place. Our house in the Sabina area in the countryside near Rome. Was anyone here able to make any progress?
