House Prices

Hi, apologies if this is THE most asked question on this forum, but can anyone offer any info on house prices in the Liguria region?

1. How realistic are the prices on the main Property sites?

2 How far can you haggle?

I understand this would be In a very general sense, of course!

I’m a big haggler & will want to purchase at a good price. I couldn’t bare to think I’d overpaid. Yikes! Heaven forbid.
