Applying for Permesso di Soggiorno

Dear forum members,

Can you please help with some questions about applying for Permesso di Soggiorno after arriving in Italy with an ER visa.

- Can our friends in Italy collect the Permesso di Soggiorno Kit (Yellow Kit) from the Post office? Or should it be done only by us?
- I’m coming with my 17 years old daughter as a dependent family member. Should we fill the required forms and submit the Kit separately for each family member? Or is it done with one Kit?
- Shall we translate, notarially certify, and/or validate in the local Italian embassy our financial documents before submitting and to the Post office and Police station.

I will really appreciate your help and experience sharing.
