Milan Rental Agent

We're likely going to be moving to Milan next year. We'll be there in a couple of weeks and it would be great to chat with a good apartment rental agent.

Does anyone have any contacts to recommend? We'll be looking for a flat that is around the center of the city, probably about 200 sqm. We anticipate being there maybe a couple of years.

I'm familiar with the typical lease terms and what "furnished" means. I'd like to get a better sense of the market and how long in advance we should be looking. I've looked over Idealista.it, which is helpful.

If anyone has anyone in the business they can recommend, I'd appreciate it.
