Moving to Italy

Hi guys!

I wanted to get your opinions on where I should move to in Italy (Don’t worry, I am not going to move to a specific place because someone on Reddit told me to, lol, I just want your guy's opinions). I was just going to give you guys a list of stuff of requirements, and you can let me know what you guys think:
Loved the vibe of Tuscany, the buildings, towns, the giant fields of vineyards, and the food.
Loved the flatter beaches of Puglia, not so much the more hilly beaches of Campania.
I would appreciate mild year-round weather(10-30 celsius), definitely not below 0 celsius. I don’t mind some extreme heat but not too much (40 celsius and up)
I would be working remotely, so a well-developed wireless network would be necessary.
I am a Canadian citizen coming to Italy (not sure if that matters)
I would like to live in a more rural environment (10-30 mins from a large city)
Healthcare is nice but not a necessity as I am still young and relatively healthy

Let me know what regions I should look at.
Give me your input, guys!
Thank you!
