A few more questions...

Hello, I have some more questions as we plan:

1) Is the a site you would recommend for longer term rentals? Lecce and Bologna are on our list.
2) What is the best/cheapest way to have a mobile phone in Italy?
3) As we will stay 1-2 months in locations, I am thinking we need to have a washer in the rental. Is that correct?
