Energy Certificate

I believe it is now a legal requirement in Italy to provide an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) or "Attestato di Prestazione Energetica" when selling a property. Sites like Idealista are offering a service to arrange this for you at around €300 but this seems expensive compared with costs in other countries.

Does anyone know a cheaper way of obtaining an Attestato di Prestazione Energetica?

Note that the property is located in Southern Italy in Catanzaro, Calabria - which is always an additional challenge!
