One of the big questions most new arrivals to Italy have is, what do I do if I have a non-emergency medical concern before one can find a doctor, particularly one who may speak English? Yesterday, my wife had an issue that I felt needed to be addressed by a doctor, but being new to Rapallo, we had no idea where or who to go to. It seemed like a great idea, so we had nothing to lose by trying it. She entered her symptoms and other information on their online form, plus the appointment time and date she desired. Then, it is distributed to doctors who use the service.
