Italian healthcare costs for pensioners

Hi, new member here...

I have heard that the annual cost of being enrolled in the Italian national healthcare system is based on either age & income or age only, depending on which province you reside in. However, I have not been able to find an online resource that lists which provinces use which criteria. This might influence our decision about where to retire, so I'd appreciate a resource if you know of one. Right now, we are planning to choose from Abruzzo, Puglia, or Calabria to retire.
