Infliximab infusion for Australian travelling to Milan, Italy

I have had Crohn's disease for the past 6 years (symptomless) and require infusions of Infliximab (Remicade/Remsima) every 8 weeks. Dosage approx 350mg over 1 hour.

I require an infusion on around the 14th of August 2024 and am wondering how I would go about doing this.

On this date, I plan to be in Milan and am hoping I could receive my infusion in Italy's health system. I can bring my own medication as I understand that reduces cost. Can you please advise me if you've heard of any other people requiring this treatment and the process surrounding this. I also understand there is a reciprocal health care agreement with Australia and Italy, would this cover my treatment?
