For those of you looking to get internet and Italian phone number good luck. You can not get an Italian phone number without an Italian bank account. And most banks will not open an account for a non resident. It's all in who you know. I had my relator help me open a non resident account she has great connections. Then was able to back to phone store with new Iban and get internet and cell service.
