medications

my husband and I have been invited to come teach for an extended period of time in half moon bay area. My concern is I am on multiple medications for a variety of serious health issues. I have prescriptions in the US for these medications but am worried I wont be able to get prescriptions or fill them in Jamacia. The ones I'm most worried about are my controlled substances, namely, diladid, addrall, zanex, opama, and soma. Do any of you know if these medications are not available or hard to get? I will be seeing a doctor once we arrive and will have medical records with me. Will this be a big problem?
