Food

Assuming my husband & I settle around Kingston:
1. How available is organic foods?
2. How available are vegan foods?
3. Is it possible to buy an "induction" burner cooktop (or multi-burner) within the country? ...or would we have to bring it with us from U.S. and would that be difficult to bring into the country?
4. Anything a multi-racial couple (white wife & Ethiopian born husband) needs to consider?
5. Will we be able to buy "Injera" in Jamaica and in Kingston?? If not, does anybody sell "teff" (the main ingredient of injera)? And if yes, is it sold as seed or flour? (Note: Injera is a staple food of our diet. It is a flat bread made from teff flour, where teff is a staple seed grown throughout Ethiopia and sold in other western countries.)
6. Would we have access to the main Ethiopian spice, called "Berbere"? (The key ingredients are usually red chili peppers, fenugreek, and ginger, with the addition of warm spices like coriander, cardamom, allspice, cumin, peppercorns, cloves, cinnamon, and some lesser-known indigenous spices such as korarima, ajwain, and long pepper.)
7. Anywhere sell "shiro", which is an Ethiopian seasoned chickpea powder?
