Need info about living exp in Jap

I'm right now negotiating contract to work in Japan and urgently need information about living expenses in Japan:
1. gift money and deposit for accomodation.
2. month electricity bill (approx)
3. installation of telephone line and phone call charges
4. average transportation charge per month
5. gas charge for heating in winter
