teaching English in Japan

I have been considering dropping out of the corporate world for a while and moving to Japan to teach english (and continue my study of Japanese). When I lived in Korea, I met expats who taught business enlish at Korean Universities, and where able to get these positions because they had graduate deagrees. I hold an MBA, and was wondering if there were similar opportunities in Japan? Is it possible for me to get a better position (better pay, teaching adults instead of children, less hours, or other benefits) due to my education/background? Any thoughts
