Summer Festivals 2004

Can anyone tell me the dates of the summer festivals in the Kansai area this year? e.g. Gion Festival, Kobe festival, Tenjin festival. They are often close together, so I am trying to plan a week in Japan around these festivals. If you can help me out that would be wonderful.
