My family will be moving to Hokkaido this spring for 5 months and I am looking to enroll my 7 year old daughter in school while we are there. I don't know much about how the elementary schools work in Japan and could really use some tips about going through the process. Also, though my daughter knows a little Japanese she is no where near fluent. I'm considering an international school, but I want her Japanese to improve while we are there. I could really use some advice from people with experience.
