Special Needs Transition Programs

We are moving to Tokyo in June 2020 with our autistic son who will have graduated from high school with a diploma. He is not a college bound student. In the US we have options for programs for transition to adulthood and workplace training. We are looking for something similar in Tokyo in English. Alternately, we would like to find other families in the same situation. We are willing to create a program with others as I have a curriculum chosen and a transition specialist willing to coach via Skype.
Internet searches for programs have yielded very little. Please let me know if you know of any programs or families in our same situation that might want to join us in a new adventure.
