Relocating to Kenya - How to find a job?

Hi expat community in Kenya!

I am Borut, from Slovenia. I wish so much that I get useful and specific help about how to find job in Kenya, preferably in Nairobi. I have a "private" reason to come to Kenya and since a few weeks have been trying actively to find any suitable job in Kenya, I do really want to relocate practically immediately.

I am Economist by profession, with a lot of experience abroad (Spain, Thailand, India), am very flexible about job sectors, interested in Business in broadest term, Real Estate, Tourism and Multilingual jobs. I do speak English, German, Spanish, less Italian.

Can you already being in Kenya and having such experience help me anyhow with tips, best job portals etc?
Plus, is it urgently to get a work permit before entering Kenya or somehow can be arranged by visa run trip to other countries if I come first as a tourist? However, I like to stick to the rules obviously.
