A friend booked the Andrew Apartments for us because it is described on the website as Classy, spacious and posh suitable for Expats and executives.
We arrived in Nairobi after midnight, the apartment was 2 levels below ground, old, dated, cold and depressive. The complete opposite of their promises on their webpage.
We were also greeted by 2 stray cats sleeping in the apartment in the beds. Everything in the kitchen was sticky. The shower tray flooded because of a blocked drain.
When we informed management the next morning that the place is not fit to be rented out, they declined to give us a refund of our upfront payment.
With so many other options available - I would definitely not recommend this place which is grossly over priced compared to other better apartments in the same area.
