ROOM FOR RENT IN MUTHAIGA NORTH AREA

I have a spare room for rent in a 4 bedroom house. You will be sharing the house with i and my 2 daughters.
The house is located in a gated community with Ample security in a serene environment.
The rent per month would be 55,000ksh per month with 1 month deposit. The utilities covered include the following
1. Access to a fully equipped Kitchen.
2. HOT/Cold water
3. Electricity.
4. Maid service( at an extra small fee )
