Relocating to Suwon

I am italian, 37 and living in Switzerland. I am dealing with a company in Suwon for an interesting job as electronic engineer.
I wonder what I am going to face. I have many question in mind but let's try the simple ones:
- how difficult is to adapt there?
- working in Suwon would mean possibly living in Seoul or is it too far away?
- how is it for sport, running, cycling and swimming?
- how is it with english speaking? do I have to learn korean asap?
- how well an engineer is paid vs. cost of living?

I would be glad to be answered even at one question only
