New Year Eve HELP!

Hi all!!
I will be in Pusan from 31stDec to 01stJan Afternoon and I would like to go somewhere to have dinner with my husband and celebrate New Year Eve.
Ive never been there so I dont have any idea about anything.......
Could somebody help us??? just some names or ideas!
There are taxis or metro working that night???
