Are top quality custom suits and shoes still possible in Etaewon?

Hi all! ????? haha!
I am normally over on the Colombia forum, but we may go to South Korea. I remember a long time ago I went on an exercise in South Korea, and after the exercise we had a few days to poke around Etaewon. They had great prices on what was made domestically, if you know how to spot gray-market. And, they also had great prices on custom tailored suits (which is helpful for me, because I have several disabilities, and my body is not a normal size or shape).
Is it still possible to get top quality custom tailored (or bespoke) suits in Etaewon, or anywhere in Seoul? Thanks so much!
