my baby sister is moving to kuwait...

hello guys,
i am a citizen of united states.my sis ter is getting married to an indian over there.she is moving about month of april or so to kuwait,dont know where in kuwait.i was just wondering if anybody can tell me,hows is like in kuwait??.is it safe citywise,crimewise??.
do the locals over there like indians?
my sister is a teacher by profession,what is the scope of getting a job in the schools over there,how are they paid?
please if anybody outthere knows any of these concerns i have,can advice me i will highly appreciate.
