Is KWD850 per month sufficient for a family of 2 to have a comfortable living in Kuwait?

Hi, I have recently got an offer from a big company in Kuwait. I am an Engineer + MBA and have 3.5 years of experience. My wife will also start working soon. I have a few questions to ask.
1. Is 850 KWD a reasonable pay considering my education and experience?
2. Is 850 KWD a good pay for a family (me and my wife)
3. Assuming my wife starts earning as well, and gets offered 600 KWD. How much will we be able to save per month, if we live comfortably.
