can anyone recommend a speech and language therapist

Hi I am hoping to move to kuwait in july/august but my son has just been diagnosed with speech and language difficulties.
I need to know if there are any good centres out there, roughly how much the sessions would cost or if this would all be tied into schools.
My son is 3.7 and its the sounds he needs help with as opposed to language.
btw we are british[not sure that makes a difference but am vv new to this]
