Where to live is Kuwait City???

Hello Fellow Expats,

My husband and I are considering a move to Kuwait. I'm a stay at home mommy with a 14 month old baby, so we are looking for a family firendly area full of other expats. Can you make any recommendations of areas to live? We heard that Salwa was very nice, any other suggestions?
Also any advice about how to connect with other moms, playgroups ect. would be most appreciated.
