group dogs walk in kuwait

how are you all

i have 2 dogs and i try hard to make them happy but they not social any more coz they are not meeting any dogs !! they are want to play with other dogs ?? but i cant find any owner dogs her in kuwait ?

so am looking for dogs owner to walk dogs group every week ?
so what you think ?
i have small dogs
if interesting plz tell me
