Looking for Somchan Ratta

Searching for Somchan Rattanakosone. Somchan was born between 1954-1958 in Laos and was last known to reside in the Fairfax County, Virginia area. I'm not sure if this is a male or female, but this person is an heir in an estate. We are not sure if Somchan still lives in the US or has possibly returned to Laos.
