I am planning to move to Lithuania from Canada. I am Canadian and looking to get out of the oil industry. I have business plans in Lithuania not to mention I love the country and already speak a decent amount of the language. Could anyone please tell me who to talk to or where to go to find out about how to get my Temp. Res. Permit and how to start a business there? How did you go about these things?
