Salary for Consultants

Hi,

I have been approached by a consulting firm for a job as consultant in financial services.
The selection is going on and next I should provide my expectations in terms of salary.

Anyone has any idea of what a fair salary for this kind of position would be?

They would probably put me in at a Senior Consultant level as I have already 5 years experience.

The domain is Global Custody.

I was thinking at around 55000 euros per year.

Any advise?
