Changing Jobs - Luxembourg Blue Card

I am currently holding EU Blue Card since Nov 2015 with the validity of 2yrs. I have a new job offer with other company with the same role. Does the new company needs to apply a new Blue Card for me or my current Blue Card is still valid?
