Bringing my romanian girlfriend to malaysia

Hi there,
I have a Romanian girlfriend who i wishes to bring back to Malaysia, does anyone know anything regarding immigration regulations. For example, what visa should she apply for? If she plans to work, what kind of jobs can she work with a foreign degree? And, will she blend in with the people and culture in Malaysia?
I live in Klang, near Kuala Lumpur. I hope someone can advise.
